Cancellation & refund policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for credit purchases on Greenote Lite, operated by Ajay Balaji Suryawanshi. Credits are one-time digital purchases; there is no subscription to cancel.
- Failed processing never charges you. A credit is consumed only when a statement processes successfully and its report is generated. If processing fails, no credit is used.
- Unused credits are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. Email us from your account email with your payment id and we will refund the unused balance.
- Duplicate or accidental payments are refunded in full. If a successful payment does not reflect as credits within 24 hours, contact us and we will credit or refund it immediately.
- Consumed credits: once a report is generated and downloaded the credit is used. If you believe the report was defective due to an engine failure on our side, write to us; we review every case and re-credit or refund genuine failures.
How to request a refund
Email support@greenote.app from your registered email with your payment id and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5 to 7 working days (your bank may take a little longer to reflect it).
