These terms govern your use of Greenote Lite at https://lite.greenote.app, operated by Ajay Balaji Suryawanshi, Shop No. 2, Ground Floor, RCC House, Hase Complex, Karkhana Road, Akole, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, 422601, India ("we", "us"). By uploading a statement or purchasing credits, you agree to these terms.

The service

Greenote Lite analyses bank statements you upload (Excel or CSV, never PDF) and produces categorised transactions, a party ledger and summary reports as a downloadable Excel workbook. It is an assistive tool: outputs are automated best-effort classifications, honestly marked where uncertain (Suspense or Unknown), and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in any statutory filing. Greenote Lite is not tax, legal or audit advice.

Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email and mobile number, which we verify by OTP. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure, since your credits and history are tied to it.

Pricing, credits & payment

Your first statement is free and trimmed to a sample of transactions. After that, processing requires credits, which are one-time purchases (no subscription, no auto-renewal) processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay. Prices are shown on the site in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. One credit processes one statement in full and downloads its Excel report. A statement that fails to process never consumes a credit. Credits are attached to your email, non-transferable, and do not expire.

Refunds & cancellation

Purchases can be cancelled and unused credits refunded as described in our Cancellation & refund policy. Because reports are delivered digitally and instantly, see our delivery policy for how fulfilment works.

Acceptable use

Only upload statements you are authorised to process, and comply with your clients' confidentiality obligations. Do not attempt to access other users' data, scrape or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Abuse leads to account termination without refund of credits consumed through the abuse.

Data

Statement files are processed and then deleted, never stored. See our Privacy policy for full details.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmednagar.
