Digital service, no physical shipping

Greenote Lite is a fully online, digital service operated by Ajay Balaji Suryawanshi. We do not sell or ship any physical products. There are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses involved.

How your report is delivered

After you upload a bank statement and it is processed, the resulting Excel report is generated and delivered electronically as an immediate download in your browser, typically within a minute of processing. No account dashboard or waiting is involved: the file downloads to your device directly.

Credits

When you purchase credits, they are applied to your account (identified by your verified email) instantly after your payment is confirmed by Razorpay. You can use them immediately to process further statements. Credits are digital entitlements, not physical items.

If delivery fails

If a statement fails to process, no credit is consumed and nothing is charged, so there is nothing to redeliver. If your payment succeeded but credits did not appear, or a report did not download, email us at support@greenote.app and we will resolve it promptly, including re-crediting or refunding where appropriate (see our refund policy).
